The specific and primary purposes for which the Orange Park Association was formed are:

• To provide a medium for the property owner members to meet and exchange ideas and information upon civic and property problems and purposes with a viewpoint toward achieving cooperation and unanimity of action on matters affecting the area

• To form a body of property owners within the Orange Park area of interest and have such area represented by and through a Board of Directors and duly appointed officers and agents

​​

• To encourage active participation by the property owner members in all things that have to do with the rural, residential and character of the land and its improvements toward its stability and betterment, within the boundaries of area delineated by the Map of the Association entitled "Orange Park Area of Interest"
