$100 / yearly
A $3.30 service charge will apply to card processed transactions
Owners and associates:
We welcome all who enjoy the amenities, activities, and benefits of Orange Park Acres and wish to help to preserve the community for all to enjoy for generations to come.
Resident Members (Property Owners): Have the ability to nominate and vote for board applicants.
Associate Members (Non-Owners): Do not have the ability to participate in board elections.
Annual Membership is per household and runs from January 1st through December 31st.
Selecting Payment Type:
Card - Annual Payments: Will auto renew yearly. Renewal can be canceled at any time.
Card - Single Payment: Will be charged for this term only. You must apply and pay again next term.
Cash or Check - Manual Payment: Your account will not become active upon receiving payment.
